Reno man accidentally Tased in the face with stolen NHP weapon

Stupid is as stupid does...

According to police, officers responded to the accidental discharge around 1:47 a.m. Monday in the 4500 block of Mira Loma Drive. The person who shot the man panicked after depressing the trigger and continued to hold it down. This resulted in the man "riding the lightening" for about one minute as his friends tried to remove the Taser's darts from his face.

One dart passed through the man's lower lip and stuck onto his gums. Another struck him in the corner of his eye. [OUCH!!!]

Tea Bag Day Brings Out the Worst of the American Right

From posters crying out "Hang 'em high" to "Obama = Muslim" signs, nothing tops the poster with President Obama's head photoshopped onto a picture of Adolf Hitler. Who are these people??? Obviously they lack a proper understanding of the true nature of what occurred in Germany in the 1930's and 40's. They have never visited a concentration camp nor seen pictures of the atrocities. For anyone to equate America's democracy with the Third Reich is stupidity taken to its extreme. Rachel Maddow takes a look at yesterday's happenings.

Texas lawmaker: Asians should change their names to make them ‘easier for Americans to deal with.’

Think Progress reports on Texas representative Betty Brown who apparently has trouble pronouncing anything besides "Longhorn" and "BBQ." She is suggesting the Chinese population acquire easier names to make her life easier.

Glenn Beck Pours "Gasoline" Over Poor Schmuck

Glenn Beck has officially lost it. Again. To drive his point across he pours gasoline over another Fox guy serving as prop to demonstrate what Pres. Obama is doing to the country. He then proceeds with another one of his insane monologues. Not really worth watching, but here it is.
